R&I/Chain Leader Announce New Research Services for Multi-Unit Operators

Restaurants and Institutions (R&I) and Chain Leader magazines are pleased to announce new research services specifically designed for multi-unit operators. The expansion in services is made possible through an alliance with the marketing research and strategic services firm, Insights Research Group/Food Insights.

Restaurants and Institutions and Chain Leader, both published by Reed Business Information, have brought to the industry several landmark studies including: Choice in Chains Customer Satisfaction, Menu Census, and, recently presented at COEX, “Driving Traffic,” and “The Economy of Eating Out.”

Insights Research Group/Food Insights currently serves multi-unit chain operators by performing taste tests, in-store and in-depth interviews, online surveys, focus groups, telephone and interactive voice response (IVR) surveys. Their web-enabled standardized research product, SatisTrack™, tracks customer satisfaction.
